Do you want to learn to read Biblical Greek? Do you want to study on the go on your phone? Download this app today. Our goal is to make the study of ancient languages enjoyable and accessible to as many people across the world as possible.


Scripturial contains approximately 30 hours of content. Each practice activity is approximately 3-5 minutes long. Complete 3 or 4 lessons per day to complete the course in about 3 months. Lessons are designed to contain a mix of text, audio, and pictures. New levels are added to the basic program regularly, at no additional cost.

The main focus of this app is to provide graded comprehensible input designed to help you get comfortable reading Biblical Greek. Currently you will find approximately 8,600 practice sentences, 1,250 example images, and 6,000 audio files. The activities cover approximately the 50% of grammatical concepts found in a Biblical Greek textbook.

1. This application requires listening to audio and viewing pictures. You will need to use headphones and/or unmute your phone.
2. Signup with an email address, password, and a name is required. Your study progress is synchronized to the cloud.
3. You will receive study reminder emails to help you progress. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. Minor typos or other minor issues may exist. You can use the feedback button in the app, using the support link, or on Facebook.
